Navigating mental health and understanding the complex issues surrounding it can be daunting. To help in this journey, we’ve handpicked some essential resources from our blog. These thoughtfully curated pieces provide insightful content, practical advice, and up-to-date knowledge on gender-affirming care, suicide prevention training, and mental health first aid.
Gender Affirming Care
In an effort to improve access and remove barriers to needed care for transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse clients, our staff have been trained to provide gender affirming care, including letter writing for individuals seeking access to gender-affirming healthcare.
QPR Training
Question. Persuade. Refer.
Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to help someone in crisis. The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training.
Mental Health First Aid
We are proud to offer Mental Health First Aid Colorado courses to help improve participants’ knowledge of behavioral health disorders, reducing the stigma, and increasing the amount of help available for those who may need it.
