Our Services
Mental Health Services Overview
Same-Day Access
Whether it’s a one-time session with a therapist to discuss a problem you are struggling with today or the first visit to begin your ongoing treatment, we are here for you right now.
Peer Support Services
Peer Specialists have been trained to support those who struggle with things they’ve personally experienced, including substance abuse, mental illness, and trauma. These individuals share tools, skills, and resources that have helped them transform their lives out of similar situations.
Vocational Support
We believe one’s wellness depends upon experiencing positive work opportunities, meaningful social relationships, having one’s skills and talents needed by others, and promoting independence through community involvement. Through our Spirit Crossing Clubhouse, SummitStone offers help to adults with mental health diagnoses to work through their recovery to become the people they aspire to be.
In practical terms, this means we help people secure employment and educational opportunities, develop marketable skills, find meaningful volunteer opportunities, and build positive social relationships.
Group Therapy
Group therapy can be a very effective way to grow past the often isolating effects of mental illness and/or substance abuse.
We offer a broad range of group therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, and families. Sessions are led by psychologists with specialized training, who teach group members proven strategies for managing dozens of specific problems.
On-Site Pharmacy
We have full-service pharmacies operated by our partner Genoa Healthcare at our Centre Ave. (Fort Collins) and our Wilson Ave. (Loveland) locations.
Genoa’s pharmacists are specially trained in behavioral health conditions, substance use disorder, HIV/AIDS, and other complex conditions–and they’re able to fill customized prescriptions. Their compliance program helps to ensure that medications are filled on time and correctly. Genoa’s providers also offer various forms of assistance related to insurance and medication management.
Medication Management & Access
Medication evaluation and monitoring services may be provided in conjunction with psychotherapy or as stand-alone treatments for those who don’t need therapy. Clients aren’t required to be on any medication to gain access to other mental health services.
Telehealth Services
SummitStone Health Partners utilizes live video conferencing to provide clients with real-time, face-to-face care with a provider virtually. All communication is secure and encrypted, protecting your privacy while allowing us to provide support from a distance.
Additional Services
SummitStone offers dozens of additional services–more than 40 in all. These include:
- Court-ordered services
- Case management
- And a broad range of therapies

Treatment Philosophy
At SummitStone, we serve our communities by fostering trust, empowering recovery, and inspiring hope. We understand mental health and substance use conditions may be lifelong, with periods of stability as well as periods of acute need.
SummitStone promotes a safe, inclusive and healing environment that builds on the capacity for resiliency and recovery in the children, adults and families we serve. We recognize people start their recovery journey along a continuum and move at their own pace.
We value diverse backgrounds, abilities, social identities and realize the tremendous impact these have on an individual’s experience.
At SummitStone, the people we serve will find individually tailored treatment options built on a foundation of trauma informed care, harm reduction and proven practices in behavioral health interventions, including medications and medication assisted treatment.
Our team-based model of care also recognizes the many intersections between identity, health, social supports and a variety of community systems.
We have the skills, relationships and expertise to partner and collaborate with multiple systems including physical healthcare, human services, family and child welfare, educational and criminal justice.
No matter where you are on your journey, we look forward to helping you develop a recovery plan that meets your needs.
