Your Path to Independence and Purpose.

At Spirit Crossing Clubhouse, we believe that positive work opportunities, meaningful relationships, and community involvement are key to personal wellness. Since 1998, we’ve supported adults in Larimer County through their mental health recovery journey.

No matter where you are on your path, we’re here to help you find employment, continue your education, develop new skills, and build supportive relationships.

Skill Building Opportunities

At the Clubhouse, recovery happens when you have chances to grow and connect with others through real work that matters. In our Work-ordered Day, you can try different jobs—like computer work, food service, administrative tasks, or retail—that help you build skills you can use anywhere. Every job is a real opportunity to gain confidence, learn something new, and build connections with people around you.

Employment and Education

Our Clubhouse team walks with you through every step of finding a job or continuing your education—from creating a resume and applying, to getting hired and succeeding on the job. We offer job coaching, training, benefits counseling, and support tailored to what you need, whether you’re looking for your first job, building work experience, or going back to school.

Wellness and Recovery

We reach out to you through phone calls, visits, messages, and cards—because we know that staying connected matters and isolation can be harmful. We support your whole self by focusing on eight areas of wellness: your mind, body, work, relationships, feelings, finances, spirituality, and surroundings. Our social programs happen evenings and weekends so you can build meaningful connections with others, whether you’re working, in school, or pursuing your own goals.

Community Volunteer Opportunities

Our Spirit Crossing Advisory Council brings together community volunteers, Clubhouse members, and SummitStone staff to support mental health and wellness through fundraising, employment development, and advocacy. The funds we raise from our community support special projects, training, and conferences that help our members and staff grow and learn. When we work together, we build a stronger community that believes in recovery and supports one another.

Testimonials

“Spirit Crossing has helped me a lot. When I was first introduced to it [Clubhouse], I was coming out of mental health rehab and sort of re-entering society without work. This was really challenging. I found myself with not many places to go. Spirit Crossing made me feel safe. I felt comfortable just being around other people and preparing to apply for jobs, restarting my life. The lunches were an important part of my day at the Clubhouse. The meals are so good, the price is great, and I experienced community. This really is what helped me to feel more comfortable in my own skin.”
