Loveland Outreach

Loveland Outreach connects with people experiencing homelessness where they are. Our street outreach team partners with Homeward Alliance and the City of Loveland’s Downtown Business Authority to offer support directly in the community.

Hours: Monday-Friday

Our team includes two SummitStone case managers, one care coordinator, and a Homeward Alliance resource navigator. We meet people where they are—offering basic needs items, housing assessments, and connections to community resources.

Local businesses and Downtown Street Ambassadors can contact us as a first response before calling emergency services (except in situations involving weapons or violence). We can help with de-escalation and support when someone may be in distress.

We hold regular case management hours at the Loveland Library and Loveland Resource Center, creating safe spaces where people can work toward their personal goals. In just six months, we’ve helped four community members secure long-term housing.

Our support includes:

  • Completing housing assessments and applications
  • Obtaining essential documents
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Navigating health insurance
  • Accessing transportation
  • Providing referrals to partner agencies
