SummitStone offers most of our services through telehealth. This means you can talk with your provider by video call instead of coming to our office.
Telehealth visits are just as private as meeting in person. Your provider gives you the same care whether you’re on a screen or in the room. Many people find video calls more convenient.
What to Expect with Your Telehealth Visit
Before Your Visit
- Have your ID and insurance card ready
- Make a list of how you’ve been feeling
- Keep your medicines nearby, or write them down, to share with your provider what you’re taking
During Your Visit
- Your provider will ask about your health
- You’ll see and talk to each other through video
- You can ask questions just like you would in person
- Your provider will help plan your next steps
- If you and your provider decide that medication is needed, your provider can send it right to your pharmacy

- Your health information stays protected
- Sessions are never recorded
- You can use a computer, tablet, or phone
